If the type of scaffolding is a frame scaffolding, it can be assembled without using tools, as long as the specified materials are prepared. In the case of wedge-type scaffolding, the protrusions called "wedges" at both ends of the beam pipes are fitted into the "jacks" of the building site and are driven in with a hammer to secure the assembly. Both types of scaffolding are widely used at many construction sites because they can be easily assembled and disassembled. However, frame scaffolding and wedge-type scaffolding have standardized dimensions and are not suitable for use on complex-shaped land or in narrow spaces. When constructing scaffolding with a high degree of freedom, single-pipe scaffolding is used. Single-pipe scaffolding allows for a high degree of flexibility by using a ratchet wrench or impact wrench to combine single-pipe tubes and single-pipe clamps.
